G15 responds to shared ownership consultation

On August 28 the government announced plans for a new shared ownership model which would see people able to staircase in increments of 1%, rather than the present 10%.
The government invited organisations to respond to specific questions on the proposals and we have formally submitted our response.
In summary, we've said:
- More genuinely affordable rented homes are needed to address the current housing crisis
- We support making it easier for people to purchase shares in their homes.
