We support people in housing need.
We work in a variety of communities and the homes we build reflect that diversity. We provide homes for Londoners of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances.
Our members provide homes for social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership, as well as supported housing and extra care housing for the vulnerable, and key worker accommodation for public service workers.
We also build homes for private sale and rent. All the money we make from this is reinvested into building more affordable homes and improving services for residents. We’re charitable organisations that prioritise people, not profit.
