G15 statement on the use of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) in our member's buildings

G15 members believe that the use of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) in our buildings is very limited and that any risks around RAAC are likely to be very low.

However, the safety of residents is our top priority and so members are urgently undertaking appropriate analysis, in line with government advice. Should members identify any buildings where RAAC is present, we will inform residents immediately and ensure they are kept fully updated about the next steps.
