Ethnicity Ally Award

Winner: Sarah Willis (MTVH)

Runner-up: Cris McGuinness (Riverside)

The nomination statement for Sarah said that she has a profound sense of commitment, passion and integrity to ensuring she uses her voice to amplify the voice of colleagues and residents. She is unafraid of having difficult conversation around race and how structural racism impacts and unfairly disadvantages those from a diverse background.
