Through our community and development programmes we support over 13,000 people into training and employment each year.
In 2024-25, G15 members collectively invested £33.1 million across our communities, and plan to invest hundreds of millions over the next decade to continue to help people thrive.
We combine our housing services and building activity with a variety of support services, including extra care for vulnerable and elderly people.
Our homes for key workers, like teachers, nurses and carers, help to support and strengthen local public services.

Investing in residents’ homes
Our members run large-scale asset management and planned works programmes to improve the quality of residents’ homes, replacing kitchens and bathrooms, renewing windows and roofs, and maintaining critical equipment like lifts and communal doors.
Supporting Londoners beyond housing
G15 members play a vital, and often unrecognised, role in supporting residents and communities across London. As providers of social and affordable homes, we go beyond housing by delivering services that directly benefit tens of thousands of people, including employment support, food security initiatives and financial guidance.

Warmer homes, lower bills, and net zero
Upgrading homes is already central to members’ plans, improving energy efficiency is part of delivering homes that are safe, warm and dry, while cutting carbon and tackling fuel poverty.

Who we help
We work in a variety of communities and the homes we build reflect that diversity. We provide homes for Londoners of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances.
