We are G15
Tackling London’s Housing Crisis. Supporting Diverse Communities.
G15 is the largest collective voice of London’s housing associations. We exist for social housing residents and London’s diverse communities – ensuring all those responsible for shaping the city we love get to see how social housing makes London the place it is.
As not-for-profit housing associations, G15 members reinvest the money they bring in to improve existing homes, deliver quality services and build the affordable homes London needs. Together, we’re shaping a fairer, stronger and more vibrant city for all.

Who we are
G15 means a lot to London. Our members manage the homes of one in 10 Londoners and we are the biggest providers of social and affordable homes in the capital. We know the only way to do this well is to be part of the communities we exist to serve —we joined voices to create a single, powerful voice to represent the interests of social housing residents.
