It was today announced that One Housing Group will be joining G15. A major London housing association, One Housing Group owns and manages 16,000 homes and has plans to build more than 5,000 homes over the next ten years.

Paul Hackett, chair of the G15 and chief executive of Optivo, said:

“I’m delighted One Housing Group are joining the G15 at this important time for the sector. With the addition of One Housing Group, the G15 will own and manage almost 600,000 homes and be an even greater contributor to house building in London and the South East. I’m especially pleased that Richard Hill joins us as we seek to increase our influence with government, the Greater London Authority and the boroughs”.

Richard Hill, chief executive of One Housing Group, commented:

“We’re delighted to be invited to join the G15. At One Housing Group we want to play our full part in helping to address the housing crisis in London. We’re really looking forward to working with Paul and our G15 colleagues to be a positive and influential voice in the conversation about how we can meet London’s housing needs”.
