G15 COVID-19 - Initial Lessons Learnt

For the social housing sector, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and the subsequent lockdown, presented significant challenges. This report demonstrates the value of the homes and services housing associations provide - particularly in the worst of times. We also hope it serves as a practical guide for other housing associations and to help the sector as a whole be better-prepared for any future spikes in coronavirus infections (or, for that matter, any major shock), so that together, we can continue to provide sustainable homes and communities for those in society who need them most.
